2016 Crystal Ball

(Nikon D5100, 1/80, f6.3, ISO500)

Sometimes the coolest photo of the day happens by mistake.  This ball was in the window of a shop in downtown Willoughby.  There were halogen lights above the balls almost making them glow.  After I took the first shot through the window, I noticed that the ball was reflecting the street scene - and me. :)  What do you see in your crystal ball for 2016?

The golden curve or golden ratio is based on the Fibonacci sequence of numbers that creates a mathematical formula for how we often view beauty. What is represented on this blog is not always 1.618, but is a pursuit of the intersection of mathematical logic and natural perception.
